The City of Houston's first LEED Gold fire station.  A very narrow site prompted a critical review of the Fire Department’s needs and use patterns. Early planning in Revit supplemented with rendered sketches adapted in real-time with the client present allowed E+A to model multiple solutions quickly, enabling the owner’s team to participate in the design process more fully.
