ENGLISH + ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS, INC.

This is the Houston Public Library’s first freestanding facility utilizing the evolving prototype, created by E+A, for the TechLink library model that focuses on the deployment of technology to under-served communities.  The building design incorporated the TechLink branded colors and materials wrapped in a pixelated façade composed of perforated aluminum panels over a corrugated metal panel skin that is a visual clue to the digital technology inside.
