E+A has enjoyed a many-years long relationship with KBR, one of Houston’s largest energy engineering firms. We provided interior design for their 950,000 ft², 36 floor Consolidation, which consisted of renovating three buildings over a 16-month duration. Design services included programming, furniture design and selection, interior design, coordination with their extended team for AV and IT, and construction administration.

Sustainable concepts and materials were introduced during the project planning. Green construction materials, adhesives, paints, and finishes were installed on all floors and have become standards for KBR. Outdated light fixtures were replaced with energy-efficient, ergonomically correct fixtures, providing a better work environment for employees.
